From a practitioner's point of view, there’s nothing worse than coming home from a great conference, and not having a really clear idea on where to get hold of the new products/service you’d like to try and which suppliers to order from.

It’s that dreaded feeling you get of having to do a whole lot of legwork and running around trying to follow up on all the new products and services you want to start using. Sometimes it becomes all too hard and practitioners don't take the opportunity to try the new product or new supplier.

So that great new product you wanted to get for your patients, or the new test you wanted to start using with your patients doesn’t end up happening. It’s an opportunity lost for both the practitioner and supplier.
